Mostly suitable for under 10 users, this solution offers new company startups and small businesses all the feature of a fully fledged phone system for very little capital outlay. You simply pay a monthly fee for a hosted service which is owned and operated by iceConnect, calls can come through on your PC, mobile phone (app) or on a desk phone.

iceConnect's VoIP Cloud solution is much more engaging. You fully own the phone system and we host it in the cloud for you on our servers within our own redundant datacentre network, making it securely accessible worldwide at very fast speeds. Ideal for over 5 users, this works great for companies with more than one office or very little space and resources within their own premises.

On-Premise PBX
For companies who require greater control and can afford the capital outlay of a phone system, an on-premise solution would work best. We would setup and configure the complete solution for you on your premises with no dependancy on remote cloud connections. The space for a new system and additional cabling and equipment may be required.
