iceConnect at the BDIA Dental Showcase
iceConnect’s Intelligent Dental Phone Systems were a highlight of the recent BDIA Dental Showcases at the Excel Centre in London. The flagship event has returned after its two-year absence due to Covid, and we couldn’t be prouder to showcase our Intelligent Dental Phone Systems to the public.
We had a mission to meet and greet dental professionals, explain the importance of providing the perfect patient journey over the phone and tracking key data and analytics such as:
- How many calls go unanswered each day?
- How many new patient enquiries do you receive?
- Are the phones answered quickly enough?
- Do you spend enough time talking to new patients?
In response to the overwhelming enquiries at the BDA Dental Show at the London Olympia last year, we doubled the size of our stand at the BDIA Dental Showcase. Our expanded stand was a resounding success. Attendees were able to experience our market-leading dental phone system, enhanced with new features and functionalities.
The BDIA Dental Showcase was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the power of our iceConnect Intelligent Dental Phone Systems. Our systems provide dentists with a powerful communication tool that helps Dentists run their practices more efficiently.
It is always great to hear first-hand from dental professionals about their daily issues regarding their current phone system. There were a few common complaints, but the top offender was poor customer service when things went wrong. Sadly the most significant culprits were the big-name providers who offered rock bottom prices which unfortunately came with rock bottom support.
Hearing these stories continually reaffirms iceConnect’s mission to provide unparalleled customer service and expert support available at a moment’s notice.
