In 2003, I started what would become iceConnect in an empty room in my house doing the one thing I enjoyed most – supporting IT systems for small to medium sized businesses.

Fast forward to today and iceConnect occupies almost 4,000 sq. ft. of office space in London still supporting our clients and partners with the same passion and attention to detail.

In the last few years, we’ve seen our business develop to a whole new exciting dimension!

With the advent of cloud services and bringing phone systems in-house, we’re now providing our customers with a complete turn-key solution where they no longer have to look outside of iceConnect for the latest innovation in technology.

Alongside our unparalleled support, collaboration and a connected mobile workforce are some of the things our technical architects have put in place to help our customers grow their business.

All while having a dedicated partner in iceConnect to manage their IT infrastructure.

A Start-Up with High Ambitions
Started the business while attending university when I noticed a need in the market for IT help and support services for SME's which I could fulfill.

No Longer a Lone Star
Having outgrown the outsourcing model, I took on my very first full-time employee and moved into our very first office space located in Harrow.

Our Very Own Cloud
With internet speeds improving rapidly, we saw very early on that cloud services were going to take off exponentially. With that in mind, we set up our very own state of the art datacentre facility in the heart of Central London to securely house cloud services for our clients.

Re-Branding
Now an established full services IT company with double digit growth year on year, in turn we decided to re-brand to a company name which had more of an IT meaning so named it iceConnect.

In-House VoIP
We launched our very own VoIP Phone System platform which meant we no longer had to depend on 3rd party companies to offer our clients integration.

Sold to the Highest Bidder
We were approached by a Billion Dollar US venture capitalist interested in buying our Online Backup service division, iceBackup, and we sold that company to them allowing us to focus all our energy on our core IT business.

Phone Lines & Internet
Launched our own in-house phone lines and broadband internet offering to our client's. This allowed us to ensure the best levels of service and take responsibility for our clients internet connectivity without involving external service providers.

Reach for the Sky
Launched our own in-house complete cloud hosted phone systems for clients. This is an all-inclusive fully packaged product giving our clients the competitive edge with advanced analytics and reporting.

Location! Location! Location!
Purchased our very own 4,000 sq. ft. office space, scheduled to be completed in Q3 2019 and ready to move into in Q4 2019 following a new fit out. Capable of housing up to 45 staff with state-of-the-art facilities and modern office layout and design. What we like to call Googlesq.
